Shutting a team down EVERY time they get close to the red zone isn't luck. It's called being better. Missed FG are on the kickers and coaches. Not moving the ball past the 30 for an entire game is not being good enough on offense.

I know Bama will be better than they were in November, but LSU will also be better. I like LSU at about -3.5. If it gets any higher than that, I'll put money down on the tide. If I lose that bet, it won't hurt my feelings.

You beat this bama team twice in a season and I will say Lsu this year is top 3 goat. And that's saying a lot.

Over the last 10 days I've seen several handicappers set lines for the "REMATCH" but none were bettable - they were all estimates. Offshore books had Alabama as much as a 2 point favorite. Danny Sheridan said he'd make LSU a 2.5 point favorite. I heard a Las Vegas Oddsmaker in a radio interview say Alabama would open as a 1-2 point favorite. The line will come out in Vegas and offshore tomorrow and quickly change to the bettors action. I think Alabama will open as a 1 point favorite and the bettors will bet it down to a Pickem.
After LSUs body of work this year I find it incredible that LSU isn't a prohibitive favorite.
