Came so close to buying a 6.2 lt sierra denali last December in Opelousas. They wouldn't take $700 under listed price.
I bought the same truck with a 5.3 a week later in Slidell. Lucky me.

Every auto and homeowner insurers in Louisiana is losing money. The larger insurers sorta consider it the cost of doing business as a national insurer. They make up most of the losses selling life insurance. No Gordon for Life insurance claims.
We should set up mandatory state ran arbitration for all insurance disputes before attorneys start suing and collecting.

They want more clients for Gordon and Morris. Plaintiff attorneys ignore cases where there is no insurance. This is only for PAs.

Perhaps my favorite LSU WBB player. She was fearless and played the game like a silent killer. Loved how she carried herself and resented LSU.

Bought a run down fixer upper for 45k in 1989. I made about 24k a year. My kids could each afford a home 2x their gross annual income but don't want that type of run down house as a starter. That is the difference.
