Any excitement (or people) at the Alexandria, La mass protest?
Difference between male porn and female porn......

Male porn never has anything to do with money or "secutity". Female porn deals with money, or the danger of losing security. Always. Am I wrong?
re: 1st Amendment Audits. What’s your opinion?

B.A.T. is, to me, the most entertaining one out there. Dude does not give a frick and takes shite from nobody. Is a little preachy sometimes, but seems to know the rules pretty well.
6 runs wont win this game....

These Mountaniers are a gritty group...gonna have to bludgeon them on offense. I'll feel good if we get 12.......
Pitching is our strength.....pitching is our weakness....
Posted by rumproast on 6/1/25 at 11:59 pm
We have 2 aces who are as good as they get. After that..we sort of suck. Cannot throw strikes. Can't win shite if you can't throw strikes. It's like a 12 year old team...you'd figure at the d1 level, the pitchers you get can throw strikes. Oh well...100 mph looks great on the gun...but if it's 6 inches off the plate, is it really effective????
Game ain't over....
Posted by rumproast on 6/1/25 at 11:23 pm
But I wouldn't pitch ANYBODY at this point who we need tomorrow if there is a game 3. If we get 2 or more in top of 9th...then yeah...bring in the closer.

Man...THAT was fricking brutal. Anything but a ground rule double...and they are still playing....
re: Bill Cassidy block Bernie’s attempt to pass Trump Pharma pricing decrease
Posted by rumproast on 5/30/25 at 4:06 pm
I think Trump's plan is to have other country's pay more so that we don't have to bear the load. That is why he wants us to pay the equivalent of what the cheapest country is having to pay. We've been screwed for so long paying exorbitant prices compared to everybody else, it is our turn to be at the low end, and other countries can pick up the slack. Trump's plan still allows Big Pharma to "get theirs", which is the "incentive" Cassidy refers to, it just says that we are not going to pay a dis-proportionate share of that incentive, and others will pay more of the load. (Same thought as with Trump's tariff idea.) I don't know the ins and outs of Bernie's plan, but I suspect that whole schtick was a "set-up", as Bernie's plan likely would just require the pharma companies to accept less. That isn't what Trump is saying.

I love this. CNN already had puff pieces talking about how this heroic small mom and pop wine company took down Trump's big mean tariffs.
Then the next headline is "Tariff's back on." CNN still sucks. Talk about ruining their narrative....

You have a point. I hope they can beat out the other guys.

They offered him, but so have several other SEC teams. Dude hits like a truck. Rated a 3 star, but will surely be 4 star as Senior season goes. Kid is an absolute beast. (Started as a Freshman.
Plays safety and still crushes people.) Dude is scary talented.

Goodnight Saigon was always my favorite Billy Joel song. (And Allentown). Suck, we had tickets to the N.O. show as well.

Ok...fair enough
As many herniated disc's as I've dealt with due to liquid on the floor...but that's nothing. Hope you don't encounter it. Couldn't ever happen to you. I could give a shite. A site like this where there are a bunch of contrarians to logic. Keep going. I'm out. Dumbasses.

Someone had already noticed it. The off the clock Walmart employee has no duty here.
The random schlub you mentioned already seeing is going to clean it up.
Um....no....I told her in real time
Literally seconds after it happened. Nobody noticed anything. The individual wasn't about to clean it up. He had nothing to clean it up with. Seriously, as the previous poster said.. just tell somebody about it to fix the problem. It isn't difficult or complicated.

LOL....in California, they've broken the 1k and hour mark. I find that disgusting frankly...but hey...first rule of economics....charge what the market will bear.

Thank you EastWest. My thought was that even if off the clock, she owes a duty to her employer to warn of dangers that she sees at the store. And..if in "work vest" even more so. I hope nobody got hurt....but you know how the law is...if the employer knows about it...and fails to remedy it....they are liable. Period. Agreed...proper response was "Im off the clock, but I will tell team nember "a". And then stand over the spill and warn people coming about it until the cleaning crew can get there with cones and mops and everything else. Per my last deposition, Wal-Mart policy is "Never leave a spill unattended". It is common sense......

No you weren’t. You were either trying to:
1: be an a-hole
2. Witness an accident so you could ambulance chase Walmart
Well...first of all...if I was a witness, I couldn't really represent the injured party due to the witness/advocate rule. I'd be conflicted. (This is probably over your head.) Secondly, all I did was tell somebody there was a spill...which I hope even your stupid arse would do. I don't know man. You are trying way too hard to be adversarial and funny....and you are failing. Just move along...seriously. nobody will remember this in the morning.

Nope...I went to the greatest law school in Louisiana....LSU. (Tulane sucks.) Sorry to disappoint.

I 100% believe that. But damn..I was trying to prevent an incident...I'd at least hope my employees gave a shite enough to try to stop an accident. But understood...if paid dirt....less incentive to be a team player.
