Based on the forceful and direct refutations from Kai and his dad, my guess is he wasn’t in Miller’s car at the time of the incident, but was with him at some point that night and some video camera picked that up.
I haven’t read the NYT articles to see if they’ve matched the videos with the known timeline.

The way this stuff has come out really points to there being an attempt at a cover up internally. At least at the beginning.

The original article said they had "an anonymous source". Now it's changed to "Video surveillance reviewed by the Times". The police have all the video from the scene so they missed it? I call bullshite, if they have video, release it.

Who in the hell down votes the official University of Alabama Handbook for weapons? Take it up with the school you most likely did not attend but pull for.

If he was in the car with Miller he would have been mentioned as a witness to the crime right? Has anyone seen anything listing him as an eye witness
