where both teams didn’t score double-digits:

2006 ACC Championship
Wake Forest 9 - Georgia Tech 6

2004: Iowa 6 - Penn State 4

2008: Auburn 3 - Miss State 2

2009: Iowa State 9 - Nebraska 7
Huskers committed 8 turnovers

1984 Sugar Bowl
Auburn 9 - Michigan 7
AU should have been voted at NC

2011: LSU 9 - Alabama 6

Any others come to mind?

The most miserable game I’ve ever been to was in the Liberty Bowl when we beat Memphis 3-0

That shite-show of a 9-OT game between Illinois and Penn State last year.

20-18

I give it an honorable mention because of "9 overtimes"

I remember where I was at for this game

Upper deck, Tiger Stadium. North Texas @ LSU

That Auburn / State game set football back 50 years

The 1983 0-0 Toilet Bowl between Oregon and Oregon St.
For SEC only (and since 3-2 has already been mentioned), the 2000 Iron Bowl. Auburn won 9-0 in miserable weather in Bham.

The coldest? That game was the first game of the season in ‘99…it was miserable, but it most definitely was not cold.

2011 Tennessee - 7 vs. Kentucky - 10

First win against the Vols since '84 with WR Matt Roarke under center FTW. Kentucky won without a passing TD and Roarke throwing 15 yards.

LSU 63 - Oklahoma 28.

LSU could've scored 100+.

Tubs said he could have scored 6 real easy if it had been needed

Had it confused with the Egg Bowl when Tubbs rolled his gigantic balls out on the field and went for the 2 point conversion

Alabama - 3
LSU - 0

Think the rain won because 4-5 inches fell during the game

They just couldn't block him, so he took over the game, at least when PSU had the ball.

Both Miami and Nebraska were better than Auburn that season.

Miami was the consensus national champion, including both the UPI & AP polls; Nebraska had more polls (7) voting Nebraska #1 than voted for Auburn (5) that year, too.

1979 Alabama only gave up 67 points all year. That 3-0 game must have been a classic considering LSU played that well to not allow the Tide to get in the end zone.
