Funny the only thing mentioned was the OL by the announcers last night….but I am sure you know more than they do…..
Tiyon Evans and the Mays brothers being out did hurt. They mentioned it once at the start of the game but through out all I heard was the 2 WR's and some no name olineman from Ole Miss being talked about. Kiffin mentioned it every time someone interviewed him and announcers mention it at least 3-4 times.

Evans is a special player that most people will know before too much longer. He was out against Pitt and between Milton's play and him being out, cost UT the game. Before this week he was top 5 in the league even with missing the Pitt game.

Trash being thrown onto a field happens a few times per year across sports. I hope your players and coach recover from the PTSD its clearly going to cause.

This, more than anything else, describes these uncouthed Hillbillies better a Lewis Grizzard novel.

I think there are really two points to the post.

First, OP is 100% correct that no fan should apologize for actions of other fans. If OP was not participating in the violent acts or inciting or encouraging others to do so then there is no need for him to apologize: he is responsible for his own acts and if he did nothing wrong any apology would ring hollow anyway.

Second, creating a hostile home stadium environment for the opposition is fine but that can’t reasonably include assaults upon others (excluding things like defense of oneself or others) whatever the level of frustration and its justification may be at that time. That’s where the conduct of fans crosses the line and is unacceptable behavior. Condoning that unacceptable behavior is also wrong.

We were without 3 of our top 4 wide receivers, starting TE, and a starting Olineman on a paper thin line.

I can play the same dumbfrick logic as you and claim just one or two of those WRs in the game would have been the difference in us winning and us dropping 50 on you.

We had a guy I’ve literally never heard of catch a touchdown pass. So you can take that excuse and throw it away with the rest of the garbage Neyland was filled with on Saturday night.

Amen! The seats in that stadium are so tight & are straight up. I was scared to stand up. The fans act like they are far superior to your team. They’re arrogant & trashy.

When you have a 2 walk-ons, one RB and one OL, playing in the 4th quarter of an important SEC game, get back to me.

Play calling was horrendous and cost UT the game. When you're giving a walk-on RB meaningful carries with less than 10 minutes to go in the game, you're not going to win these type games.

I figured you guys would drop 50 but also figured we would drop at least 40 at the same time. Goes to show I don't know shite.

The entire fan base isn’t classes. A couple fans do not represent the rest of us. There was over 102,000 people at the game and we talking less than 5% of that shows there arse. It wasn’t a perfect game and I can say a lot more that happened well before any of the other stuff but it’s pointless and the SEC will not do anything about it except make excuses.

Pretty sure Voltard fans don't feel comfortable squeezing their fat asses into those tiny arse seats at your dump of a stadium anyway

Do as adversaries do in law, strive mightily, but eat and drink as friends.

And don't forget to bring the mustard.

No one is scared. SEC fans are laughing at Vol fans.
