Baseball can be a fickle sport, and LSU has dropped a couple of games they probably should’ve won. If I remember right, that happened last season too and they still went on to win the College World Series title. It’s still early, and I believe LSU will be just fine.
And just to clarify, they lost to Northeastern University out of Lowell—not Northwestern University in Evanston—but I’m sure you already knew that.

FWIW, Northeastern has an enrollment of 40k students. Plenty of baseball played in the Boston area, just not in late February and early March.
