Non Bama fans, did you think the game was as close as Bama fans proclaim?

They make it seem like they weren’t down by double digits for a majority of the game. Wondering if you thought the same.

They were down 33-13 at half and had an opportunity to get an onside kick for a chance to win the game

I don't think it was as one sided as you want to believe.

Never had the ball down less than a score after we went up 10-0.

Most point ever given up at home since 1907. That answer the question?

I think you were one horrible call by the officials from losing that game.

They not only want to believe it, they have collectively convinced themselves of it. Strange breed they are...

I mean, there is a thing called a score. And the score was a difference of 5 points.

We were an onside kick recovery away from probably going on to win the game.

I will say that it wasnt close the first half. It was an arse kicking. Second half was a different story.

Not really sure why it matters, as your team won. Are you that self conscious to have to try and rationalize the score of a game that your team won? Seems odd.

Alabama never had the ball with a chance to take the lead in the second half.

They were one onside kick away from having the ball. Seemed pretty close to me

So if we went down and scored instead of kneeling the ball would it have been a blowout?

I think tua fumbles , the shitty punt Changed the flow and LSU capitalized on it well .Bama is a dangerous team can score quick and showed everyone that . The more hungry better team won Coach O needed and wanted it more .

Yes it was a close game. Bama wasn't out of it until the last minute. You won by 5.

Did they ever have the ball with the ability to take the lead?

I’ll hang up and listen.

LSU had an opportunity to put it away in the second half and failed to do so. LSU had a perfect first half and all the momentum going into the locker room. They let Alabama stay in it. And come back in the second half. Think you can do that with a good team like Ohio State and win.

If thats the Case then 2014 LSU-Miss State was a “Close” game. Harris had a hail mary to win on the last play

ETA: It was never really close, just like the Alabama game.

Yea since onside kicks are successful all the time.
