Bama bout to sue somebody.
No, discovery would be hell.
Yeah, believe the story or not, there is no way Alabama would open themselves up to discovery.
It seems clear the plan all along was just to make it through the season. I don't know who did what/degree of culpability but believe the truth usually finds a way eventually.

More will eventually come out.

This seems spot on. Big circle the wagons job being put on by UA. I doubt more than 5 people in the University Admin know what happened. They are playing run out the clock on the season. If anything new comes out they will just say based on the info we have that isn’t true or factual. That gives them an out if the new info is true.

I'm dont think it could be anymore of a distraction than it already has been.

Whoever Alabama’s opponent is and whoever else is in the arena during their games will lay into them hard during the tournament. I’m interested to see if they can play through it. They have one of the easier roads to the final four, contrary to what I thought the other day.

So the Cam Newton plan
quote:
ormer Auburn quarterback Cam Newton was eventually cleared of any wrongdoing in a pay-for-play scandal, but FOXSports.com has learned that he was briefly declared ineligible before a game against Georgia in the 2010 season. Auburn compliance officials informed the NCAA that Newton was suspended on Nov. 10, 2010, according to an Auburn official with knowledge of the suspension. A record of the suspension was not in the 32 pages of documents obtained by FOXSports.com because it was communicated verbally to the NCAA, which had launched an investigation into allegations Kenny Rogers, an independent recruiter, and Cam Newton’s father, Cecil, sought as much as $180,000 from Mississippi State to secure the services of Newton. Auburn coach Gene Chizik told reporters on a conference call on the same day Newton was quietly ruled ineligible that he would play against Georgia. About 24 hours later, Newton was reinstated by the Tigers, who went on to claim the SEC and BCS titles in ensuing weeks.
Cam was ruled ineligible by AU compliance and the NCAA but was reinstated and cleared prior to,the UGA game. Nothing like the Cam Newton plan. Alabama isn’t saying shite about what the know or when they knew it.

Brandon Miller is going to play in every game this year, and no one at Alabama gives a frick that you don’t approve.

Obviously, you've never been to the strip in T-town after a game. The road and side roads are filled with students. Bar crawls are ongoing. There was a group of females fighting nearby. it's not unlike lots of rowdy college towns after a game. Miller was the one who did not go clubbing. Miller was the one who did not have a argument with someone. Miller was the kid who did not handle the gun (at least as far as has been reported to this point. Miller was the one who drove himself to the police station. Miller was the one who voluntarily turned over his phone to have the information extracted. Miller is the kid who the DA's office has described as "broke no laws" and "cooperative witness." Yall just want to melt.
