New member here, I'm hoping to get some valuable info on Alabama before our big matchup. Most Cards are optimistic, but we have a legit shot at knocking off Bama. Our prolific offense will be lead by 4 star rs sophomore QB Jawon Pass and will be backed by a trio of speedy WRs in Dez Fitzpatrick, Jaylen Smith and Seth Dawkins...which could be the best WR corp in the ACC, and among the best in the nation. RB will be a solid group even with Trotter transferring. Oline will be much improved, and will be among the best in the ACC. We return 4 starters...remember the name Lukayus McNeil. You may hear his name come up a lot. All and all I think it will be a tough game but we have a scrappy bunch with a lot to prove. We'll be able to score some points on Bama, anywhere between 28 and 38 points. This will be the best offense they have seen in an opener.

I say you guys should score in the low to mid 20's on Bama. That is a compliment to your offense, believe me, not many score that many on Bama's defense. The bad news is that Bama's offense will score in the 40's

Most of that would be trash points late in the 4th quarter.

Petrino will test your young secondary and lean on them all night long. Nick Saban doesn't seem pleased with the secondary play so it does seem like it's going to be a weak spot. I know you guys lost a lot on the D overall, how's the pass rush? Also I don't think Tua will be as effective against us. We've had time to study film and game plan around him.

49-14
35-7
24-20
38-14

Those are Petrino’s previous attempts against Alabama.
