One thread and you can post all your dumb shite in. Nobody wants to see multiple threads everytime Judge hits a homerun

I don’t have a problem with Judge but your schtick is annoying. Just make a daily Yankees thread like the DAT and Atlanta thread. Quit acting and talking like a dipshit.

Great ballpark, near the train, near a ton of apartments It’s pretty sad how bad they are cause Rockies could have a great environment for a team

Coors Field is on my list of stadiums I want to go too one day.

underrated aspect of it is if you cant watch cause you are out and about, you also get the radio broadcasts for both teams and can still listen.

That’s a nice feature. I’ll cut in the radio broadcasts when I’m doing thing around the house and not able to watch it
Watching the Braves play them on TV the last couple of nights, I be surprised if they had 5-10K in attendance.

I know a couple local (BR) guys that played soccer there.

They have one of the best D2 lacrosse programs in the country. Won several national championships. Also, they started their football program a few years ago and Jericho Cotchery is their coach. Their 1st baseball coach was Gaylord Perry.

It appears to me that any liberal arts school without a very strong regional (at least) academic reputation is in some danger over the next decade. Cost of attendance for these places has gotten way out of line for a lot of them relative to nearby public options and their employment networks. The NESCACs, W&L, Davidsons, etc. of the world have the donor base and reputations to be fine, but anything below that tier could be in trouble.

Agree. I think schools like this are in trouble or will be in trouble in the next few years.

I think Limestone’s on campus enrollment was around 700-800. Their online enrollment was around 700-750. It was a good school (not academic recognized like others). I did a year and half in their online program and enjoyed it for the most part. Only reason I did classes there is they offered a huge discount for military and South Carolina National Guard matches the federal tuition assistance with their own state tuition assistance.
Limestone

After this semester due to financial reasons. A few weeks ago, the school announced the possibility of closing. They were supposed to have a meeting a week or two ago to decided to either completely close or just keep their online program open. They postponed it to give more time if they could get $6 million in donations to keep the whole school open. That failed and they voted to completely shut down.

So pm me or just say a good place to puechase a box or 2.

28 hits so far in the first two games of this series. 4 out of the 5 games so far on this road trip, the Braves have double digit hits. I know the Rockies are bad but the lineup is starting to hit the ball a lot. I think that is a good sign that things are improving.

How do you guys get tickets when you go to games? Are StubHub et al the only options? Thinking about making the trip over this weekend but I hate using StubHub.

I’m sure all the ticket sites have their pros and cons. I use SeatGeek and like it better than Stubhub.
Nice to look at the box score and see every hitter had a hit. I’ve been really impressed with Eli White over the last 4 or 5 games.

Have to sweep the Rockies. They're awful.

It’s a great opportunity to get to .500 for the first time this season. Plus the Dodgers are coming to town for the weekend. Be nice to carry a little momentum going into that series.

It’s about to be all eyes on Pittsburgh

I’ll be surprised if Pittsburgh wants to get involved with that shitshow.
Eli White with a clutch 3 run HR in the bottom of the 8th to give the Braves the lead and win today. 5-1 on the homestead.
Game didn’t go the way I hoped for my son’s first but we had a blast. The seats in the Pen are pretty damn good
