Pac XII and Big 10 schools moving up despite not having played a snap.

As if there is some real science to ranking teams.
There is even less this year without any marquee OOC games.
If you think Iowa State is better than Ohio State you are smoking crack. I dont need to see any games. So where would you rank them?
