Playing at Texas AM is going to be tough no question. Always looks like a fun atmosphere. Hoping for a good series

We're very similar teams.
Big sticks.
Subpar pitching and defense.
Yall stayed good most of the year.
We sucked than figured it out in Apr.
It does look like yall have trouble on the road. Only 1 series win away from home vs a very bad BC team.

Yes we have really struggled away. With the home environment TAMU will have, that really worries me.

Wait a minute, Texas and Southern Miss play on Field Turf? I get it for the Northern teams who can't take care of their grass in February, but this makes no sense.

Makes sense for USM because of upkeep costs but not for TU.

You would think growing grass in Southern Mississippi is a snap with all the rain and sun they get.

I am counting OU & Texas in the SEC which means only the Stanford vs UConn series is not involving the SEC.

They're not SEC but I'm good with including them. I mean, hell, they're already here scratching at the door.

Played there in the playoffs in ‘92 and my knees were sore for two days after. I did not like it.

Let me be plain... You are coming, and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it. But until you share in the revenue, play in SEC conference games every week, and ingratiate yourselves to the Rant... You are not a part of the conference!

I don't think so. Outdoor sports teams in both Oklahoma and Florida have plenty of experience with weather delays. Plenty. Neither team had that excuse. What helped OU was winning those first two. That was huge, and just enough to let us exploit a depth/rest advantage later in the deciding game.

I would be amazed if the Vols do not pound sand into Notre Dame's behind in this series.

No, I'm not doing the reverse jinx thing here, I'm just saying that the Vols could probably play their second stringers and win.

Notre Dame is solid. They pitch well. They hit well. They play a little D. They don't make a ton of mistakes. But they're nothing special.
