Look at the Louisville/A&M series. Both teams play the same way. Sub-standard pitching, meh defense, and play gorilla ball. Will be interesting to watch

Poor Auburn. Gotta watch your team play until 2-3 am.

That Auburn game time is such a big F U to that fanbase lmao. They didn't have to do that.

It's a west coast Saturday night game. Much better than an early afternoon weekday game.

Except for the 50% of them that are on Friday.
ETA: Including your game.

I thought everyone agreed that the weekend starts on Friday?

Not in this context. A late game Saturday can be seen. A noon or 3:00pm game on Friday can't be seen by many due to work.

I'll be @ Olsen on Friday and catching the rest from the lakehouse. It worked last weekend and its going to work again.

Who plays at noon of 3:00 on Friday?

Per what Farmer posted, your game either starts at 8:30 or 3:00 on Friday.
Oklahoma vs VT either starts at 3:00 or noon on Friday.
Am I misreading something?
Is the 2nd time listed the 2nd game on Saturday or Sunday or are those TBD options?
Final edit: The 2nd time and channel listed are the Saturday Sunday game times. That gives Texas a noon Friday and Oklahoma a 3:00 Friday game.

These are the worst times, but they spread them so games can be watched more.
The same thing happens in March Madness. The difference is, we played around 100 games last weekend and another 20 this weekend.

Oh, I know. My original point was that I'd rather watch my team play late than try to catch part of it during lunch.

literally when? UF never had more than a 1 run lead and it was only 2 for about 4 minutes. OU always had the better pitchers for the last few innings due to starting 2-0 and skipping the 1-1 game
when FL was in control with the lead the first half of the game- thats all i saw when their pitcher was miwing y’all down, then your gift from heaven came with a lightning delay.
Still, i figured being at home they’d find a way to finish. Too bad for FL the weather didnt cooperate.

Not thrilled about the times, but since it's on the road and I can't attend, hopefully a noon start on a weekday for game 1 can take a little bit out of the crowd.
Having watched their regional, I want no part of a nighttime ECU crowd with their first trip to Omaha on the line.

Notre Dame @ Tennessee
Louisville @ Texas A&M
Arkansas @ North Carolina
Auburn @ Oregon State
Ole Miss @ So Miss
Oklahoma @ Va Tech
UConn @ Stanford
Texas @ East Carolina
I'll also be shocked if Notre Dame doesn't at least take Tennessee 3 games. That team is legit and Tenn still has the most to lose out of everyone by a lot.

Playing that extra game actually helped quite a bit I think, they figured some things out about themselves
