I am seeing speculation of this on multiple 247 boards. Losing last year's #1 back would definitely be a bog blow to the tide.

The only reason for a starter in that program to transfer is if they have reason to believe they won’t be a starter. One loss shouldn’t make everybody go crazy.

I saw someone say that he was unhappy with his carries after the game or something. IDK it would be pretty stupid, because he's going to get the lion's share next season.

Wasn’t this refuted an hour or so ago? He has no reason to leave unless Jacobs is returning, and even then, he’ll get backup carries.

Najee has grown on me. He isnt a break away back but he is a dang hoss. Will get to wear some defenses out next yr

He is underrated by our fanbase like Henry was. He has done nothing but produce when he has gotten the chance.

This. I thought he should have had more carries against Clemson. I hate to see him go. He was going to get a ton of carries next year.

One of the shows on JOX mentioned an interview he gave after the game and they were all shocked at the tone of the interview. Basically said that he hasn't been used correctly and is very unhappy.
Now I haven't seen or heard this interview they referred to but they claimed it was real. Done by one of the WJOX sister stations. I dont remember which one or if it has even aired since Monday night.

Has there been a single legit source for this story? I mean, there were legit reports about Bama's back up guard transferring. I have a tough time believing that everyone has missed this or thought it unworthy of mention.

All of these five star Running backs are not getting enough calories. Bama need to return to big boy football and run the ball down peoples throats like they used to. They have the line in the backs t to do it which shortens the game as well. I thought they ran well against Clemson the other night but just did not run it enough.

Cecil Hurt has been tweeting about it all afternoon.
But, he also retweeted the fake Najee account transfer announcement, so who knows?
