No, my argument is to use the same tariffs against those who’ve gained unfair advantage, to force them to drop their tariffs. And that’s what’s been done in some cases during this administration.

The more relevant point today is that countries have used tariffs against the US as revenue sources for decades, so those countries benefit in addition to their citizens, and that skews things.
