He had the players to win way more titles than he did. Throwing the ball so much would be a good reason why he didn’t.

Spurrier and Florida back the was the opposite of Stallings and Bama. Stallings needed to throw the ball more. That’s why Bama only won one title with Stallings. He had the defensive teams to do it just like Spurrier did. Both teams were to pass or run heavy.

So Kiffin is so successful that he will be held hostage by Ole Miss and he can never leave?

Ole Miss is the one forcing him out early if he chooses to leave.

I'd rather have Kalen than Kiffin.

Whoever ends up with Kiffin will rue the decision. He is a child.

We fell for the Jimbo bullshite. If others refuse to learn our lessons, that’s on them.

What are the similarities between Kiffin and Jimbo?

Spurrier would have got more if there were playoffs back then. Florida and FSU back in those years definitely would have.

You would kneel on barbed wire in a pool of rubbing alcohol for 14 mil a year. Nobody but fans care about that crap.

Estimating Lane Kiffen to be a man is your first mistake.

Let me tell you a couple of three things. Ole Miss wanted the playoffs, they compromised, they got the citrus bowl instead

It’s not just the individuals (though both are massively selfish SOB’s that put themselves before their teams).

It’s about organizations selling their souls and going for the sugar rush of a Name instead of investing in an up and comer, then totally being that Name’s enabling bitch.

Kalen Deboer has done everything that could be asked of a coach following the GOAT. Love or hate the Bammers, they got that hire right. So many programs go off the rails in that situation.

If he loses to Auburn on Saturday, there's a large portion of dumbasses that are gonna turn the heat up. Never mind the fact that the GOAT struggled to win in the voodoo palace...

Deboer is a good coach. He just didn’t grow up watching the SEC nor has he coached or played in the SEC before last year. Deboer just hasn’t figured out yet that you have to be physical in this league week in and week out to win. Plus you can’t throw the ball as much as he does and win consistently. He has to learn that running the football is a must in the SEC. I don’t care how well you can throw it. There comes a time ever season inside the conference where you need to line up and smash mouth the ball to win because the passing game is off. Deboer hasn’t learned this yet. When he does though he will be a very good coach. If he doesn’t learn it he will struggle.

Yep, you are not winning the SEC without being a physical team at some point. LSU did it under Saban and Les, Bama got it together when Saban came and now Georgia is doing a great job of being Physical. Huge reason why LSU has been so bad lately BK had a soft approach to the game.

Man that was like 30 years ago, certainly Steve did well when SEC teams were not ready for the forward pass as the primary weapon.

Kiffin cares about nothing but himself. Realize that and his actions make sense
