Don't try and justify the fact you made up a reason to fire your coach. It's not a good look.

Yeah Jimbo is of pristine character and everyone knows it from Jameis days

Jimbo is greasy, but he looks out for his players and his program above all else.

“There is no credibility in anonymous sources,” Muschamp said. "If that former staffer had any guts, why didn’t he put his name on that? I think that’s gutless. ... In any football team, especially right here in August, you can find a disgruntled player that’s probably not playing. So I think it’s a lack of journalistic integrity to print things with anonymous sources.”

I mean he does have a point.

This anonymous source is disclosing information that will ruin someone's career. It's not as if he's disclosing a crime or anything like that. Put your name on it.

Why should they have to ruin their own careers (because we all know how much of a "good ol' boys" club football coaching circles are) to get the information out about how awful Durkin and company are? That's just stupid.

If Baby Boomers truly ruined this country ,
why do the people responsible for them, the
Greatest Generation, never get a rap on the knuckles
for raising a rotten generation ? Just asking.

Yes you can tell he got some pushback from his ridiculous take internally and gave the polished response.

I like how the reporter gave him the true softball question... that question had to come straight from the USC admin.

That's a damn good question, I guess because most of them are dead now, and we are just realizing how bad the boomers fkd shite up.

Actually it was Television.. soon to be surpassed by the internet.

Not sure why its being criticized but it's good to see someone stand up for somebody they know and show loyalty in today's day engage where false accusations and hysteria are rampant.

DeRuyter was a bad choice. That picture was taken at basically his peak as a coach.

And to think that they lay up of Chavis just sat there instead...god damn.
