Cam Newton is the runaway winner but I do think that the 2000’s has had some unbelievably good receivers to watch.

Julio Jones, Davonte Smith, at Bama

The two LSU receivers in 2019

AJ Green, and Bowers at UGA

The Ole Miss trio of Treadwell, Metcalf, Brown

Deebo Samual at SC

I’m sure I’m missing a few, but it’s been a great era for receivers.

Percy Harvin, Chris Rainey, and Jeff Demps were all entertaining to watch, but the whole team used to pay attention when Brandon James was returning a kick or punt.

I would also mention Kadarius Toney with his ankle breaking cutbacks.

Unpopular opinion, but I would say Daniels was more entertaining. Burrow was better, but JD5 was more entertaining IMO

Johnny Football for me. Watching him scrambling around was like watching grown men trying to catch a really quick chicken. That guy could scramble and then throw up something to his all pro reciever.

It's not quite what you asked, but Brett's squad was extremely entertaining on Twitter back in 2014-2016. Ragnow, Skipper, that slow white receiver who always managed to be open, the Allen boys, a few other guys I'm forgetting. They were all hilarious as hell.

I don't think that is unpopular. I enjoyed watching Burrow because it was art. He just knew what to do and when to do it.

I enjoyed watching Daniels because it was magic. He would just take off for a 75 yard TD run right through the center of the defense.

Burrow was clinical, Daniels was chaos.

I would throw Nick Marshall in the mix. That 2013 and14 offense was fun to watch. (it was unfortunately paired with our 2013 and 14 defense)

This was the first player that came to mind for me. Hard to believe last Friday was the 7th anniversary of his passing. RIP Throwboy
