He had what, 300 yards?

I don't care how well the offensive line plays, he shouldn't have the energy to run that much.

And Houston Nutt promptly hired Tyrone Nix to join his staff in Oxford after USCe fired him.. Seriously, who the frick hires a DC that allowed your offense to that to them... DMagic and I always butt heads about Ty Nix.. He worshipped him and still does to this day I hate that fat , lazy POS.

The first two that pop into my mind for LSU are Kelley Washington at Tennessee and Roy Williams at UT in the Cotton Bowl.

I had an older UGA fan tell me Georgia had a triple threat offense with Herschel... Herschel left, Herschel right, or Herschel up the middle

Cam Newton abused LSU's defense even more than McFadden did. 28 carries - 217 yards rushing 10/16 - 86 yards passing McFadden had 206 yards on 32 carries.
I was at that game. When he broke off that long TD run and shrugged PP7 off for 6, I turned to my Auburn buddy and said "There's your Heisman Trophy winner." For true.

he right answer is Shaun Alexander.

My first and only Bama vs. LSU game I've been to in baton rouge. The start of the game was bad for Bama, but a penalty called back a TD on LSU's opening drive and it was all Bama and Alexander after that. That tight end for LSU was a bad arse, can't remember his frenchesque name.

I may be the only Auburn fan who says this, but when I think of being abused by an opponent, I still think of Cecil "the Deisel" Collins against us in the intercetion game.

Shaun Alexander gets the single game performance. But as someone mentioned earlier, John Bond gets the lifetime acheivement award against LSU.

James Jacquet LSU 1991

Played them in Jackson in the middle of a 5 game skid. We were down to our 3rd string QB. Led 14-3 at the break, but in the 2nd half the aforementioned Jacquet entered the game fresh out of prison. We couldn't do anything with him. Lost 25-22.
