I'd love to argue about this but so far I have no ammunition. SC's defense has been scored upon multiple times by UL and freaking Rutgers. It's kinda embarrassing.

Yeah, I had no idea how bad Rutgers would be this season. They lost to freaking UMass. USC does have a lot of players out. QB1 Maiava has a shoulder injury so I doubt he'll play Saturday, and our most exciting player this season so far, FR WR Trent Mosely, is out indefinitely. But if USC's 2nd and 3rd string players aren't good enough to match what UMass did against Rutgers, the Trojans have no business being ranked. I believe the strategy is rest everybody for Oregon, and beat the crap out of the Ducks at the Coli.

Mad respect to the Fresnecks. They always bring it when they play SC. They made some plays, but the talent gap was massive, even if the effort gap wasn't.
