Followed by “college baseball is just as popular as college softball.”

It’s quite the combo.

Ok. Once the series is over

1.96 million was the average viewing for the championship series last year

Which is 22% more than the highest ever WCWS championship series from this year

TD Ameritrade

I hate TD Ameritrade. They need to move the fences in. That would be a good start. This years' CWS is boredom. Every game sucks.

I hate TD Ameritrade in a bad way.

Softball has a much better format in a shorter period of time because pitching isn't as bad. Should be more popular because of how much more offensively exciting it is.

Wish State was better. But I enjoy baseball as well as softball.

College softball is the highest level of softball so if you are a softball fan it is what you will watch.

Game 3 of the #CWS2019 on @espn averaged 1,061,495 #OOH TV viewers and peaked at 7:34 PM with 1,497,890 #OOH viewers. Congrats to @VandyBoys on capturing their second #CWS title! @NCAACWS

WCWS was a two game sweep and still was higher.

I have to admit I was surprised. I know it wasn’t a great game but they couldn’t even top 1.5 million.

Lol.

"Big 3 Sport"

That term should not be allowed anymore. There is no big 3 in college.

We just going to ignore the context of one of the WCWS teams being UCLA and the CWS consisting of Vandy and Michigan?

Kinda matters when LA has 2/3 the population of the entire state of Tennessee.

Yes I'm sure all of Los Angeles was glued to the TV for the UCLA softball championship series. The city was enthralled.

You serious?
