Just to be clear, U have never said kick Mizz out. I’m perfectly fine with the addition.. I’m nervous about going bigger than 16 though.

If this is in response to me; then you don’t know a troll when you see one. I generally as curious, because if all the expansion talks and how it’s hard to wrap you mind out conference fit and geography. I like Mizzou fine, I think it’s weird they are in the east division, but that wasn’t their call.

I’m thrilled with the SEC. It’s the single best decision our university has made in my life time.

I don’t care about the trolls or general disdain from the other SEC members. We weren’t exactly popular in the Big 12 either.

Any fan who doesn’t want their team in the most prestigious league in college sports is fooling themselves.

Love it. The money is good. The tears of our fellow conference members are sweet. We've won the East a couple of times since joining, and we're on another big upswing.

Extremely. Best conference in the country and we get an equal seat at the table. You'll hear no complaints about that.

No.

Do you wish you were back in the B12 with Kansas?

No. I will always miss the Big Eight. But that doesn't exist anymore. It's as useless as fans here pining for the old days of the 10 or 12 team SEC. The landscape has changed and here we are.

100%. Mizzou shot itself in the foot in 2015 with the on-campus protests. It cannot be overstated how badly that hurt the momentum that Pinkel and the move to the SEC built. We're recovering though. And in the SEC, we will always have some level of support plus resources to stay reasonably competitive.

Yes. Mizzou's issues are their own, not what conference associated with. 2015 had nothing to do with conference, hiring Kim Anderson, Odom, wait and see with Drink has nothing to do with conference affiliation. I enjoy the updates to the programs across the board, the bigger games across the board.

Do you wish you were B10?
No, but would have been a good landing spot in the conference realignment.

Do you wish you were back in the B12 with Kansas?
no, the only media that is saying mizzou should go back to the big 12 is SEC media that is ran by fanbois (see the sad arky fan) and KC media that is run by big12 hacks (CDot, Anderson, and Petro)

*The big 8 was great, no longer around. If there was a team i would like to play more often it would be Nebraska.

not trying to be political, but i like the diversity that mizzou brings to the league. would be pretty stale if it was just a bunch of shite apple rednecks, like tennessee or bama

Also, does "tail tucked between your nutless legs" mean voted in unanimously by a 14-0 vote within a week of it becoming public?

Very happy to be in the SEC. It's way more exciting than the big 12. Better teams, road trips, passion, etc.

Do not wish to be in the big 10. I was thrilled when the rumors came out that Mizzou was leaving for the big 10. Even more thrilled when we ended up going to the SEC.

frick kansas.

Leaving for the SEC was a great decision.

I admit a bias. Northerner who came down to Mizzou...and after graduating and grad school, I returned to the tundra and the land of the big 10 which I grew up following.

Would really like to watch Mizzou take on Iowa, the Nubs, and Wisky.

Plus, the SEC bringing in two old, arrogant enemies (that I was once glad to be rid of) doesn't warm the cockles of my heart.

These 4 things are true:
1. Missouri is a makeup of the US. The East side of the state is very Chicago(Yankee’ish). The St Louis side very much wishes we were in the B10 and we likely would be IF they would have offered us the full share instead of the 1/2 share we rejected and Nebraska took. Illinois alum are a minority in the city but a majority of press.

2. The west side of the state ala KC is very Midwestern and the town is made up of Mizzou, ku, ksu, and isu fans. This side misses the Big 8 (NOT the B12). BUT this side is beyond grateful to be SEC because they knew we were going to be left in the wind if the original UT to the P12 defection worked. They miss B8 days but have NO realistic desire to go back.

3. North, Central, & and Southern/Rural Missouri is SEC. Southern Missouri culturally is about as southern as any place in the United States. If you’ve been there then you know.

4. Universally we are grateful to be in the SEC and we have seen the school mismanage opportunity time and time again. We know we had a near powerhouse team in the 60s-70s but chose to not spend to keep our great coaches. We know we had a university admin in the 80s that tried to turn Mizzou into the Harvard of the midwest and made it impossible GPA wise to land so many athletes from KC/STL which fueled Nebraska and OU’s dominance. We know we allowed a SJW takeover to ruin all the momentum and goodwill Gary stored up until 2015.
We know we can be better, but we are cynical of our own program. We know we are middle class and we know SEC fans think we are a lower class program, but we aren’t. We also know it doesn’t matter what you know until you Show Me. If Drink doesn’t show us, he will be gone this year with another .500 season & that’s a fact.

Mizzou, Illinois, and Notre Dame take up the bulk of CFB fandom in the STL metro

I only meant it in good fun. I like cold weather, and Big 10 does have many schools it would be fun to play against. I don't get why Mizzou never scheduled Iowa.
I always leaned SEC though.

Yeah those Finebaum wait times are horrible. All those Misery fans calling in really clogs up the lines.
