Kid was making $600k and word is he wanted closer to $1 million and a guarantee he’d be starting.
He was no guarantee to start and “allegedly” missed/no showed multiple practices through the year.
Mizzou can put that $ to better use. We cant afford to spend that on a 2nd stringer, despite the HS stars.

Nwaneri might end up being a solid player...but he didn't look like a 5 star player on the field the 4 games he played. He looked ok. He was likely going into next season as 3rd string DE. Mizzou was also in the portal looking for a starter at DE.

No one wants to bite the bullet but the only way to stop this now is to classify them as employees and make them sign contracts where they stay for at least 3 years.

No entity can limit a persons NIL rights, right?
If these university rev share “employees??” Are state employees then how is eligibility limited? A state cant fire an employee due to age? Idk. I’m baffled by all this. There is a point at which is is not entertaining to the public and not beneficial to the student or the university.
