Many of us were calling for this right after the Financial Meltdown of 2008/2009. Any one with a functioning brain knew the 'big money" was going to snap up hundreds of thousands of distressed residential real estate properties for 40-60% discount using US taxpayer funded ZIRP money. :banghead:

Glenn owns some stock in IEHC but he's not holding hundreds of thousands of shares. The share price is $18/share today. The market cap of IEHC is under $50 million. If you look at the insider trading you don't see any activity from Glenn and the trend has been more selling off than investing long the past few weeks. Typical trade volume is 2k-3k shares daily. The company's net profit was under $1 million in 2025. What's interesting is IEHC was a $10/share stock last fall with a market cap under $30 million and then they won a government bid contract for $5.1 million in early 2026 to supply Hyperboloid electrical connectors for the Patriot Missile program. I know Trump has been pretty friendly with Glenn over the years, not sure what their relationship is now since MTG went off the rails.
