Odds are it will be one of these two. I’m rooting for MSU just because the state of MS will go batshit crazy.

MSU winning a team Natty in any sport would be a travesty bc it would destroy their identity. It's sad that their fans lack the foresight to realize this and are willing to throw away everything their school has ever worked for and built, all just for a fleeting moment of joy in a fourth tier sport

Would essentially be a win/win championship series for two of the schools most starved for a championship. Obviously Im rooting for NC State, but if MSU wins, Ill feel happy for them.

I agree, I'd like to see Miss State reach the top. I have, for some reason, preferred them over some of the other solid programs (like Ole Miss or Arkansas)

Kyle Peterson was just on a local radio show. He said he expected MSU to play NC State for the championship series (after Texas forces us into a 3rd game by beating us Friday with their ace).

NC State is nasty right now. MS St looks beatable and has flirted with it.

If this is the case, then why aren't you rooting for State? You are one of State's chief haters, so this seems like something you'd want for them.
It's a shame you waste so much of your time analyzing the psyche of lil ol mississippi state.

This will be nightmare for me. I purchased a flight to Omaha right after the Virginia win to watch us in the potential championship. The only one I could find to fit my schedule has me in a layover from 6-9 in Dallas on Saturday. It's one of the biggest gamble's of my life, but I couldn't miss a potential Championship series. Praying to all things Holy that we win Friday, cause I don't know if I can handle watching us get eliminated in the airport right before I would board to go to Omaha.
