You aren't a Tiger though. The correct sentence is "congrats to the former tigah"

Hard to imagine he is dying breed and may be one of the last coaches to coach somewhere for 30 years straight.

How far away is he from becoming the winningest SEC baseball coach?

I’m good with it. Won a natty, had a rough few years but built us back to an Omaha team.

He’s 238 wins from catching Polk, so he needs to average 35 wins a year for the next 7 years to pull it off.

Of note, Van Horn is only 60 games behind Bianco, but is also 7 years older, so will be curious to see who holds out the longest.

They’ve also squared off against each other more than any other pair of coaches, Bianco leads 46-41

Happy for him.

However, his success at Ole Miss has been kind of lackluster save the national championship year.

Average wins per season = 38

Only three world series appearances in 26 years.

26 years. I can always appreciate a tenure that long, even if it’s our rival

Ole Miss is also putting a little more NIL into the team than they did last year.

Of course 2 of our highest paid players ended up being busts, so gotta do a much better job than last year.

This year's team probably wasn't a top 10 team of the Bianco era. Baseball is a funny sport.

Twenty-six years in any job is a accomplishment. To spend that long as a D1 coach is outstanding. It says a lot about the guy. Congratulations to him, and I hope he gets another Natty before he retires - as long as he's not playing the Sooners again.
