Auburn fans have been on top of the pulse of the SEC recently.

But Bruce Pearl’s retirement was broken right here on the SECRant in a thread that was anchored.

steal BK from LSU.

Don't think Lee County has a large enough Catholic population for Kelly to feel comfortable.

Isn’t Hugh’s buyout more than $16 mil?
Aubie has a lot of money tied up in firings.

Would be a little less than $16M. Would be all little than $15M, if fired after the season’s end.

As for coaches Auburn is still paying, they still owe a little less than $2M to Harsin. Not sure what the buyouts would be to coordinators.

Auburn wont be messing with the buyout until the end of the season.

You think they are going to stay if he stays? If they have a single functioning brain cell they can clearly see all the BS he sold them was just that. Yes, with any coaching change there will be some roster turnover but we have a much better chance to keep talent if we bring in someone/anyone other than this totally lost goober.

Why would any of that talent stay at Auburn if they can't accumulate more than 175 yards of offense? Their passing game is shite and those top WR's aren't going to stay anyway.

Auburn does not give a shite what it costs. The spent well over $125 million in firing Gus & crew, hiring Haskin & crew, firing Haskin's coord's after 1st yr, hiring Harskin new coord's, then firing Harkin & crew, then hiring Freeze and his 1st crew, then firing Freeze coord's after 1st yr, then hiring Freeze new coords, etc. + The millions upon millions Freeze squeezed out of the PTB for NIL to stock that roster. Money is not an obstacle for Auburn.

Auburn football has had stability issues, and it reflects the W/L record for the last 5 yrs.

Are you sure that that's the flex you would like it to be?

Honest question here... At this point what coach would actually want to go to Auburn?

IDK, is it a flex to say that Auburn has money to burn? The cost to buyout an entire staff and hire new never stopped them the last 5 yrs.

What's the buyout, they have to quit doing this at some point.

Will be around 10 mil at end of season.

We will have given Hugh a fair shot by then.

Coincidentally, this has been making the rounds on twitter today.

TBH, Hugh doesn’t look or sound well. He sounds tired and looks swollen in the face. Coaching politics aside, he needs to step aside if the stress is affecting his health.
