I’m guessing no Arch for UGA

So when all the guys leave GA after 1 championship it has nothing to do with Kirby because who wouldn't want to work for a guy who has won 1.
But when Saban loses guys after 1,2,3,4,5,6 championships, you all claim people leave because they don't want to work for him.
That doesn't make sense unless you are a GA homer.

Why does your husband have the internet in his kitchen?

Kirby is on the front end if a Championship run, Saban is now at the very tailend of a run...
Kirby makes coaches rich as shite when they leave to go to hc jobs.
So go knit kirby a sweater....

I think this is where the drive that it takes to succeed at this level is a blessing and a curse. It won’t let them.
With Luke, maybe he also knows that he’s gone as high as he ever will. He was in the right place at the right time and became an SEC head coach, then made the run with Georgia. I’ve always though it’d be hard going from that level of college football to being the head coach at somewhere like Sam Houston State, knowing you’ll never get back.
I think this is true. I'm not sure how much in the way of HC ambitions Luke really had before the implosion at Ole Miss, but someone gave him a shot and a pile of money, ready or not. I think he was prepared to be a lifetime Ole Miss assistant until lightning struck.
Seems like a decent guy, was always a good recruiter. Definitely not HC material, but he's taken that ride, then won a ring. Luke may be the kind of guy who knows he's basically done all he can do, and he's got enough money to burn a wet mule walking, so why not let go of the rope? He may be just the kind of guy who won't let his ambition outrun his sense.

That’s more dependent on Monken/Faulkner than Luke.

You have a strange fixation on UGA and it’s fans.
One left for a head coaching job. One doubled his salary. One left because he felt micromanaged. One left to take a break and be with his family.

Kirby has won 1 championship, slow your roll skippy!
Tell me how rich Kirby former coaches are.
Saban made Kirby a rich man, Kirby is currently making over 7 million thanks to Saban.
Saban made Sark a rich man, Sark is making 5.5 million a year at Texas.
Saban made Kiffin a rich man, Lane is making 5.2 million at Ole Miss.
Should I continue? Or should go knit that sweater while you get into your uniform to report to your job at the McDonalds?

Orrrrrrr
Assistant coaches on winning teams are in higher demand than losers. Nobody poaching Jimbos assistants. Wonder why.

So, are you telling me that Bama fans are going to try to claim UGA's national title as their own just like they do with dozens of other mythical NC claims?

because she lives in Georgia, it's a tale as old as time. People leave whatever shite situation they're from to move to Georgia for better opportunities, then are gobsmacked that it's *gasp* filled with UGA fans. So they then make up hyperbolic stories about how awful and annoying the fanbase is.
You've never seen so much manufactured hate as a bama fan that grew up in gwinnett county prior to saban.

What! A grown man at the peak of his career quits his job so that he can watch his sons' ball games. Right, makes perfect sense in today's society.

maybe fine in the checkbook, but not so good in the honesty department.

You tell me. Never mind the veracity of it, but does an observation that working for Saban made Smart a lot of money equate to claiming the last national title?
Is that your best comprehension?

Bama fans are sure trying to take a lot of credit for Kirby's success, so it's not too far of a stretch to imagine them start claiming titles that former saban assistants win soon too.
Yes, Saban helped Kirby, Kiffin, and Sark get high paying HC jobs, yet there's no mention of how Kirby, Kiffin, and Sark also helped Saban get paid?
With Kirby, Kiffin, and Sark, Saban won championships.
With Golding, O'Brien, and Marrone, Saban lost to Aggie and Stetson Bennett.

Alabama has won 7 national titles since 1980. No point in claiming UGA's once per 41 year effort.

I guess you can't read. The point was made by one of your homers that Kirby has made his former assistants rich. I was simply pointing out that Saban has made many more assistants rich, including Kirby.
Boy, you guys are really insecure! Any time Saban is mentioned in same conversation as Kirby y'all get all crazy and defensive.
