Honestly, i'm not sure I could have even told you Maryland was in the Big 10. That is how uneventful they are. I would be all for Cal and Stanford going back to some worthless Pac10 revamp, and Maryland and some other team going to the ACC.

Culture, yes there is in Oklahoma.
But there is no southern culture in Texas. Ever read their car tag? It reads lone star state and they mean it. They're like Notre Dame except they've totally accepted and realized the need for a conference; otherwise they'd shite on anything that reads dixie land. And if not for the TV money the SEC would have said to hell with you too.
ie: Southern culture wise....and they still think BBQ is brisket.

We need a Gulf Coast Conference:
UF, UCF, FSU, LSU, A&M, USA, Spring Hill Col., La. State, ULM, Tulane, Mississippi Gulf Coast CC, etc.
