I do. and to the guy who said Brandon Taylor is a good cover safety.........

I think Taylor is decent. I think Reid is awesome and is much more instinctive. But Barron is dope. Reid or Janzen might end up having a better year but Barron is definitely the best right now.

Barron is shitty - no good at all and shouldn't even be attempting to play ball in the SEC.

In run support there are non better than Barron. He does have a lot of int's but imo he gets beat deep to often when the front 7 doesn't get pressure.

Safeties aren't built for coverage anymore.

That's what makes guys like Eric Berry so rare and valuable.

This.

I have no idea who he is, but if he made a play for that Arkansas secondary, bravo. There were plenty for him to choose from since nobody else was making them.

Barron was regarded as one of the top 2 safeties in this past draft class if he declared, a bet it was a very weak one.

He's a typical NFL SS, but that position doesn't exist in Saban's 34. Both safeties have to know the jobs of each safety position and are flipped between the 2 roles frequently.

He's never gonna be a safety you leave 1-on-1 in man against WRs and shut them down, but he's definitely a future starter in the NFL at SS. Good in support, plays well over the top, and has good ball skills. He just needs to watch the fake...

Barron was all over the field against LSU. I watched that game several times. In fact, ran down RS from behind in an open foot-race and damn near caught RR on his TD run. In addition, the only bad play I saw that he made the entire game was getting owned by Jordan Jefferson on the Deangelo Peterson sweep. I actually lol'd when I saw that.

Yes he was all over the field.........Chasing people cause he was out of position or took bad angles.....

I'll agree he is a great run stuffer.....Might as well put him at LB
