Wow, 6 downvotes for giving facts. I learned last night that many on this board don’t like facts. I upvoted for an informative post

QB Hymen and the LSU Fanbase...
Daniels is playing this week, and Bama fans are the only set of the 2 fans still obsessing over last week's game.

Like I showed earlier this evening. . .there are more LSU related threads started by Bama fans on the 1st page of the SEC Rant, than there are of LSU fans talking about Bama on tRant.

Well, that was true earlier. I haven't checked in the last 30 minutes or so. I try to avoid their board.

After playing LSU, Bama went from #15 to #26

I just glanced, but I think they'd be ~18 if they would have had a bye last weekend. But, total yards allowed isn't really the best metric one way or the other.

Best 3 loss team

I know this is a meme, but there’s a scenario where we finish 10-3 with losses @Oxford, @Tuscaloosa, and virtually @FSU, with all three possibly finishing as 10 teams, two possible playoff teams. Outside of Matt House needing to be axed yesterday, the melting doesn’t match the context.

But they gave us this masterpiece and broke your QB Hymen and the LSU Fanbase...

LOL. Just noticed the illegal use of hands penalty by #41 that wasn't called either.

That was actually clean. There is a slo-mo view with a good angle. He has his jersey below the collar. Never touches his facemask. I'll admit, I was surprised. I thought it was as blatant as the hold on Turner

Still top 20 in scoring D, which is actually how games are won/lost... not yards accumulated.

How embarrassing. The 26th ranked defense of 2023 let the best offense of all time score 28 points. Alabama’s defense should be ashamed. Surely they lost the game.

TAMU doesn't have the offensive talent to keep pace this year.

They do.

They just lack the coaching to fully exploit the talent they have on the roster. Even with all the transfers out of College Station, 247 Sports still has them as the fourth or fifth most talented roster in all of college football based on their Composite rankings.

It was a clear case of elite (Lsu O) on good (Bama D) and putrid (LSU d) on meh (Bama O).

Imagine if LSU played an elite defense with a good offense. Ouch.

Remember when LSU fans boldly predicted that Alabama’s defense could not stop LSU’s offense, that LSU would score every time they had the ball and Alabama’s offense would simply not be able to keep up? But then Alabama’s defense only allowed LSU’s offense to score on 50% of their possessions and won the game?

In todays game total defense is a little misleading. With todays offenses you’re gonna give up some yds.
The true stat now is defensive efficiency. Getting stops at critical points and making plays at critical points.

Sounds like LSU has put up a lot of points on mediocre defenses then. Imagine how little they would score against a great defense if Bama held them to 28
