Mindless? The numbers are what the numbers are.

That puts his max over 400 pounds.
You know how I know you know nothing about weight training?

Why don't you call them and ask?
Can you tell us what it is if you know for a fact it's over 400? I really want to know I know the dudes strong as frick for sure.

His high school power clean max was 385 High school
If this is, in fact, true, then he really needs to figure out how to convert weight room strength to on the field strength. His pass rush skills are very good, but he seems to get moved in the running game pretty easily.

Is Ag7 calling the S&C coach for A&M to get a quote? =)

Bodybuilding.com one rep max calculator puts 375x3 at 403 one rep max.
Checkmate.

Since those calculations are 100% true for every person.

Probably even higher for a D1 athlete but good point.

Lewis Neal is a better DE than Myles Garrett
This is absolutely not correct he may be stronger but he is not a better defensive end than Garrett.

You're digging yourself a hole, buddy. Best quit now.

Myles is more of an OLB than DE. Defensive ends actually play run defense, not just rush the passer.

True. For accuracy's sake we should call him a rush end. He doesn't do much defending the other 70% of the time. He's a damn good pass rusher though.

Against ranked opponents the last two years, Myles has 4 sacks in 7 games.
