I think it all depends on how the NCAA took the "Self imposed sanctions"? If they took it as a joke or if it pissed them off. With the current scholly numbers at LSU these self imposed sanctions are really just some recruiting restrictions. So the NCAA could see this as a negotiation. Or more of LSU thumbing their nose at the NCAA.
