did they get new players and a new coach?
stfu you dumb gump
they lost to FSU in game 1. dont act like mighty bama broke their will. LSU played the same Ole Miss team as bama. the difference is we smacked that arse. you were hoping for a better apple to apple comparison. now you are scared and starting this thread proves it.
oh and in addition to STFU......you can frick off too

I don't know why you're laughing. They still have Auburn and Texas A&M on their schedule. It's very conceivable they lose both of those games. If they do...they finish with at least six losses.
The funny part is you acting like they are some different team.
They weren't good when y'all played them and they aren't good now.

I mean, really, who has Alabama beaten?
No one.

Yet that didnt stop Bama fans from talking Ole Miss up when you barely beat them a few weeks back.

Ole Miss is not the same team physically or emotionally. When they played Alabama back in September they were healthier and had something to play for.

Has nothing to do with the defense bama faces

LSU beat Auburn by 14 in September 2013. Alabama crushed LSU in November 2013 before dropping the Iron Bowl. T
Why are you talking about 2013 in 2016? Ole miss is the only common opponent LSU and Alabama currently share. LSU looked better against said common opponent. You started the thread, so you will receive responses and typically arguments. HTH
No to mention your entire argument is LSU hasn't really changed. I guess that only applies to Alabama opponents

How many LSU fans predicted this change in narrative?

Why would Bama do that?

still led by 20 in the 4th
Why did Alabama allow Mississippi to score in the 2nd half?
Has Alabama played anybody with a defense?

a lot last week in the Ole Miss game threads, people very literally said that the people expecting Ole Miss to win would change the narrative to "well Ole Miss sucked anyways, LSU still hasn't played anybody" if/when LSU won. Like clockwork

- Ole Miss is LSU's best win in this three-game stretch and best win so far this season. But they are 3-4 (and will be 3-5 after losing to Auburn this weekend). The Rebels aren't the same team that they were in September and will most likely finish the season 6-6.
How convenient

any LSU fan acting like Bama will be easy is crazy, dumb or both; but at least there is some hope now.
Still the OP is missing the point. These teams aren't any good but neither is MSU and Jacksonville State and LSU looked stagnant for most of those games also.
Bama may shut down #7 but at least there is some hope LSU may try something different this time if it happens.

After the Auburn game, any sign of life out of that offense is a cure that even fans of House would consider incredulous.
Frankly, that right there is why every LSU fan is excited right now. We're winning by an average of 29 points over the last three games. 500+ yards of offense for three straight games - let that sink in for a moment...
Under Miles (sad as it is to admit), the same team with the same players would have lost at least one of those games by play-calling down to the level of our opponent. And at least one more would have been close enough to drive an LSU fan sober (probably Southern Miss, given how this team has played against relatively good FCS teams recently)
LSU has always had great players because of recruiting. What's exciting is that, for the first time since the pick-sixathon and the beatdown in NO, we're seeing an offensive staff actually make use of the talent we have on offense. We finally have a pro-style quarterback playing under center in our pro-style offense, and an OC that calls plays to our strengths (and against our opponent's weaknesses). Contrast that to the normal "we're big boys comin atcha, stop us if you can (which happened way to often, unfortunately).
And the offensive production is bleeding over to the defense as well. Yeah, Mizzou may stink, but they still have/had one of the most potent offenses in the league when we played them. And we made them quit. Same with Ole Piss - we held them to their worst offensive output in nearly two years - not to mention our offense made the RebelBlackBears start fighting each other on the sidelines during the game!!
So, at least for me and those I talk with, it isn't so much that LSU now thinks they walk on water. It's that we're finally seeing the team play up to it's potential. We're winning the games we should win, and we're winning them in the way we should be winning every game against lesser opponents - winning big! That, in itself, is change enough to make even the biggest negatiger crack a smile....
Just my two pennies worth, yall...

So, according to your brand of reasoning ole miss isn't the same team as it was in September, but LSU is?
