re: Anyone else having trouble connecting to TD?

Yep had the security stuff, tried to enter anyways, then it said something about someone may be attacking my connection. Haha I was on my phone so I figured I had said something big brother didn’t like.

Did a little digging and saw where it was a LCpl (E-3) that through the general under the bus. Figures. He was probably a pogue also
If that guy would have been in my unit he would be getting an arse kicking at night time, especially if we were in the field. We would do that to Marines that needed to get their shite together, of course this guy may have gotten moved for his protection.

The Marine Corps is getting soft. He should know better though and has probably been involved in ruining other Marines careers, so fk him.
I'm sure he had "ruined" some careers along the way. How many more did he help move forward? We are talking about a Commanding General being removed because he questioned the use of a WORD that was being used in a rap song. It is about the stupidest thing EVER to weaken your National Defense over.

They sure don’t have much, but it’s so scary how devoted the left supporters are even when you disprove their arguments. What I mean by scary would be crazy, stupid, imbecile, fricking out of their minds.
I’m not saying everyone, I have seen some here on this board that you could actually talk to. I mean this is a discussion forum and that’s what we should be able to do but sadly it’s pretty much past that.
The scary ones are on Twitter and Facebook. Unbelievable the mindset of those people, nothing negative about the Democratic Party is going to penetrate those mindless skulls.

What amazed me was how fast that pup ran to him and got between his feet for protection. Of course he would run from that crazy woman but that quickly he sensed that guy would protect him, and now the puppy has a new home the bond is set. So at least something good came out of that crazy situation.

Kind of hard to reload when you have to replace 18 starters on both sides of the ball. Sure some had playing time but you also had many starting their first game ever. The talent is there, let’s wait and see how they develop in the next few games, second game usually is a big improvement.

Had some epic parties during that time period. Tailgated at the southwest corner of the field house. Usually Friday evening till post game Saturday.
Yes the tailgating was the best part of game day for sure. You didn’t have to fight for spots as much, could claim your spot the night before with no problem. The city police always were in the same area’s and we became friends with ours, we could do as we pleased. I would always bring their favorite cold drinks and we would feed them, if we ever needed them they took care of us.
I had gotten season tickets when I was able to after I had left the Marine Corps, and even though LSU wasn’t that good it was a blast going to the games. Lot of great memories.

The biggest play of the game that hurt LSU the most was Brennan’s first interception. McMath was behind the defense by himself and when the pass was attempted his arm was hit causing the pass to be short and then intercepted. Miss.St scored a touchdown off that possession, that 14 point swing was a killer.

I need to try an open race just to see what I think. I am loving the A fixed racing so far, I have watched several races and noted lap times of the top 5. I have tested my car in different settings trying to get the most speed and tire wear. So far I car run faster longer than any of the races I viewed. Now I’m working on qualifying, have had some fast laps posted but not consistently. I believe to pull off the win I will need a top 5 start if it goes long green runs, poll would be awesome. I want to get that first A win out the way so I can concentrate on top 5 finishes and take wins when they are there. I want to be consistent in finishing up front and avoiding the silly wrecks.

Congrats on moving back up. You have been there before so you are good. I hate when the wrecks in races that tend to collect you always seems to come in multiple starts. Never fails I get my I rating up then boom I’m in every wreck the next few races.
Keep digging you will be back up in A soon.

Do they have setups for A open oval nascar? I have looked at several driving schools that also help on setups, at the moment I’m driving the A fixed nascar series so I don’t have to race and worry with a setup. It’s cool to know it’s more about driver than car setup, but the racing is hard especially at the start of every race. You have to run almost past what the car can do to keep close enough to the front to have a chance at a top 5 or win. That’s ok but it causes more wrecks in my opinion and chances are you will take some kind of damage. I have been doing quite well on the longer green runs so I’m curious if the open races might be different with less cautious? If they are I need to look into possibly switching because I know the races are a bit longer.

I ran my second race at Bristol and had pretty much same thing happen. Long green flag run, I get to P4 and with @ 10 laps left caution. I stayed out and at the green there is a pile up up front and caution in turn one, this time I don’t escape damage even though it doesn’t look bad I get the pit flag. With only a few laps I was tempted to stay out but every time I have with that flag I have blown an engine.
I pit and have like 56 seconds of required repairs, win I get the drop the pace car is right behind me, I kinda panic and hit the throttle too hard and spin in the pits. To make matters worse I have a car coming at me and I’m facing the wrong way. I put the car in reverse to spin back around and get out of the other cars way, assuming he will slow down seeing me backwards on pit lane. Well none of that happened, car was in first (panic remember) and the guy never slowed up so I hit him. Before I can say sorry I’m a dumbass this guy goes off with the stupid mother f*•ker on and on and that he will report me. I just tell him do what you got to do, but don’t forget your spin on restart on lap 7 where he took 4 cars out then rolled back on track wrecking another in the wall, I dodged him.
I guess people forget they make mistakes also, it’s racing. But when some get touched they act like they have Dale Earnhardt credentials and go off the deep end. Sad really that they act like the internet bully I just laugh and continue on, I know I can drive and own up to my mistakes. Btw I finished P8 passing some guys on the G/W/C and was happy with that. One of these races will stay green for me and I’m going to get my first A win. Haha.

re: LeBron throws hissy fit that he didn’t win MVP

I can’t stand this guy. With his money and popularity among young children he could use that to start programs in the low income neighborhoods to reach these guys and be a positive influence. He could recruit other big name players and celebrities and try to reach these kids with education and sports or whatever. No he just decided he will make the issue that much more worse and could be argued he has blood on his hands.
Then this, self centered I’m the best I should have won bullshite. Even if it were true that he should be MVP, this interview shows exactly why he is not. You lead by example LeBron, true leadership is humility, giving credit to others, taking care of your own. Actually there are hundreds of things you could use to describe a true leader, unfortunately none of them fit LeBron.

I finally got my A license and ran my first race last night at Bristol. Did the no qualifying start in the back thing to get a handle on how the racing would go. I tend to do a lot of test and practice laps before I race a track so I felt comfortable with running especially on some long green stretches.
I was impressed with the driving skill and how courteous the other drivers were, we did have some early cautions but they were one car spins or two cars just running hard. We finally got that long green flag run and it was my time to shine, at that restart I was P15 and with 12 laps to go I had caught P2 and was setting up to pass when the caution came out. Top 5 didn’t pit and we were caught by a couple of cars on new tires, one spun in front of me a I hit him and spun out. Finished P13, still happy with that and must say that was a fun race.

Got comfortable with using the controller but am still considering a budget wheel if I can find a good one. Don't really want to spend more than $100 and am happy to stick with the controller if needed.
You can check Amazon, I think I saw some budget wheels with fairly good reviews. Might be a little more than a $100 but pretty close. For the guys that will spend a little more as stated the G29 is a great wheel, Thrustmaster has some bundles that might be interesting to you on price, and they have a pretty good setup. G29 is made by Logitech if you were wondering, and they have pedal sets.
If you can get the wheel and pedals, you will enjoy your games so much more with them than a controller.
Oh, broke back in on the win cycle with Iracing last night, man that felt good.

USMC disabled Vet. 100% support for President Trump. I truly believe the man wants what is best for this Country. He has had to fight Democrats every step of the way, but if you look at the economy before COVID-19 hit it was at the highest ever, and he can do it again.

It always amazes me where people see LSU gear. While I was in the Marines and traveling by air I would see LSU stuff on people in cities like Chicago, Cincinnati, you name it. It stands out in a crowd haha ??

That's fine for the first two, but which troops will be the ones exterminating the terrorists?
Depends on the mission, special forces,Rangers, Marine fast response, big arse bombs. We have all kinds of ways to respond depending on the situation. It may take ground forces and it might be a campaign that could take months to finish, I believe the idea and answer would be flexibility.
