This really isn't about Lane, no matter how much you want it to be.
The stink is on Daniels and the overwhelming sports response by commentators and social media content clearly indicates this.
LSU gave Daniels the platform to succeed where he had previous failed at ASU. It also did a fabulous job of repping him for the Heisman. He had the good fortune to have 3 first round NFL draft choices playing with him on offense. Yet, he chose to tarnish his legacy and forfeit a lot of good will.
Look, I get it. All Rebels want Lane to fail and hate him with white hot vengeance. A year ago, you loved him and then he jilted you. You label him as a wretched individual/sob. When he trolled others while in Oxford you laughed and felt smug. It was okay when he was YOUR sob.
You and your runt friends can continue to laugh at the Daniels saga but this was of his making. Kiffin's job is to win at LSU not pamper Daniels ego.
