It could work out like Brady did. I guess we shall see.

Everyone likes him because they think he will be the next Joe Brady. We also thought Jabar Juluke was the next Frank Wilson. I’m waiting until the first game to get excited.

I think this was an easy decision for Coach O. From what I have read, Coach O and Brady remain close. O wants to run Joe Brady's offense... Joe Brady recommended Jake Peetz as that guy. I like the hire. Hope he can recruit.

For sure, we’ll see but again like the continuity & DJ has been here before.

Kinda interesting that his playing background is on defense, but he’s spent most of his career coaching offense. Don’t see that very often.

In other news, Joe Brady interviewed for the HC job with the Houston Texans.

Peetz was recommended from Brady

Not excited or disappointed in the hire. Which might be a good thing

Well I would rather O go down swinging big instead of hiring an underwhelming retread.

Some will hate it, some will love it, some won't care... but one thing for sure, nobody will ever agree on who they should have hired.

A lot of LSU fans wanted some that already had past baggage... like Briles or the one from Ole Miss that liked hookers.

Apparently both. He had never worked with Brady until this past year it looks like. Worked for Saban twice.

I am cautiously optimistic. If Brady says he is legit, I am excited! But I wont claim he is anything great yet.
