Since 2000 we’ve lost 4-5 games 6 times

We’re still 4-2 vs Miss State in those years.

Since 2000 Miss State is 2-2 when they finished ranked and LSU finishes with 4 or more loses.

0-16 when both those things don’t happen in the same year.

Leach's first year at Tech, he won one more game than the previous season.

First year as Wazzu, he lost one more game.

Conclusion: Leach doesn't turn shite around quick.

It's not like the guy has not played big boy ball.

ok pal. he would be 4th on the depth chart at lsu

And Dak would not have ever seen the field, yet he's making millions and setting records.

Hill will make his too.

going against dbu. an uber talented defensive backfield. as of now, elias ricks is not even a starter. that's insane

We will see this weekend right.

that's nice but look who they're playing. look, leach is good but he's not jesus

They are playing the team that lost most every thing they had....

Why did you not back up a year?

Had you backed up a year, then you would understand how bad wrong this statement is.

Leach Took Oklahoma, in the 1 year there, from last place in the Big 12 to 1st place in the Big 12 in offense. In fact, they finished 11th in the nation.

Well I was speaking as strictly a head coach.

Having success on one side of the ball as a coordinator doesn't really mean shite as compared to running an entire program.

Also, it was a great accomplishment but I think that had less to do with Leach and more to do with Stoops and his staff's mentality.

There was really no dropoff for years even after Leach left.

I'm an Ole Miss fan so definitely not my heart. Costello is the best year 1 QB Leach has ever had and LSU has so much inexperience. If this game were week 6-7, then maybe LSU wins by a couple of touchdowns.

I'm also not a believer in Myles Brennan and never have been.

Bruh... most of these "new players" have significant playing time/experience. They are all 4 & 5 stars. There will be little drop-off. If there is some drop-off, it will be at QB, but Brennan has been on campus 3 years, with 2 behind Burrow. He has the work ethic and pedigree. I suspect he will be fine.

Bc LSU still has shitloads of talent, even with all of the talent that left. This is LSU man, we have talent all over the field every year. It's just an opportunity for our next wave of studs to step up and shine. That's why.

Because they’re better than State and everyone except the internet trolls know it.

LSU will be in the playoffs. Probably for as long as Coach O is in BR.

And that's not what was being talked about. Was speaking of the caliber of WRs, RBs and QB. In particular the offense.

Considering he has little to do with the defense...

As to a 3-3-5.... Well.... We will see how that goes.

It was Stoops first year there.

Oh, you mean the talent was to the point the next guy could come in and teach a brand new offense with no drop off?

Interesting concept isn't it.

Thanks for making the point for me.

As it was Leach's and they continued having success even after Leach left.

I see you missed the point and the praise I gave you for making it.
