I’m not saying the AD should come out against his HC. I’m saying the opposite.
The University should have a statement that the HC references.

What exactly would you like him or Lane to comment on? If the players are allowed to play by court ruling, they will play. If the players are ineligible, they will not play. What more needs to be said about it?

A lot of their confusion would be cleared up if they'd stop assuming LSU is behind these lawsuits.

Why would LSU’s AD comment on lawsuits involving non-LSU players, or a roster that isn’t yet finalized, or even rules that haven’t been broken?
