The Dooley years. Every single Saturday I expected us to get our asses handed to us

Bill Curry and the early Brooks probation years were pretty rough but Joker Phillips throwing in the towel after three quarters against John L Smith was the absolute worst for me.

As a MSU fan there are many lowpoints, but I'd have to say Arkansas 2000 to Ole Miss 2009. I still went to games and 2007(8-5) offered a bright spot, but it was mostly bleak. Really bleak. If we'd beat Arky that cold, snowy December day we'd have won the West for the 2nd time in 3 years. Instead, we lose and tailspin through the last years of Jackie and the joke of Croom. When we beat Ole Miss in the final game of 09 the curse seemed broken.

Probably Manziels heisman year. Expected him to pull a win out of his arse every game.

I was pretty hopeless in 2001 after losing to UT for the 7th time in a row. I wanted so much for Fulmer to get his.
I had to wait a while, but the worm finally did turn.

2011.
Such wasted talent all because we wouldn't make halftime adjustments.
We'd be kicking arse and then do stupid play calling all for the sake of balanced play calling. Sherman aged me prematurely.

The Danny Ford years, at least with John L Smith you knew it was only one year I was afraid we would never get rid of Ford.

Some Mexican kids jumped me the next day after I wore my Aggie hoodie to school

Its a close to call between 2 Curly Hallman classics.
#1: 1992 v. Ole Miss in Jackson. Lost 32-0 as some drunk redneck with a rebel flag on a huge tree limb laughed, cussed and threw chewed tobacco at everybody around him.
#2: 1994 20-18 home loss to USM. The only bright spot to this loss was that it was clear that Hallman's job would not survive it. When Hallman got the job, they passed out bumper stickers saying "Crazy Bout Curly!" By 1994, many people had cut them up and rearranged them to read "Curly Bout Crazy!"

Spurs losing the 2013 NBA Finals. Specifically game 6.
I told you many many many times to NEVER mention that fricking game again. Why you got to start some PTSD stuff?
For me besides the unmentionable is this year's Cowboys team watching BW and MC QB the pathetic offense knowing the Clowns were getting ready to salt the game away with giving up a 10 play drive or a 90 yd TD drive.
As far as College Sports, it has to be Jack Crowe's first year (hadn't been converted to LSU yet by Jeff Boss) or the Citrus Bowl vs Iowa Drew Tate can go burn in hell for that.

I cried in the principals office.
Never again.
Never again.

Watching Jonathan fricking Crompton look like Tom Brady on us in 2009. Miserable season that may have been the end of the Richt era if not for the sweet beating of a highly ranked and heavily favored GT team at the end of the year.

For me, it's the 2000 Iron Bowl. It was a miserable game in the freezing rain. We lost 9-0 and were never really in it. It was the end of the depressing Dubose era (after a season that started with such promise). One of the lower points in the deep pre-Saban valley.
Absolutely. Was there. 9-0. Won't write in my full miserable experience word for word, but it meant a lot to me to win at least THAT game that year... I believed fully we'd figure a way out. Alas, we did not.
That hurt. SO depressing.

I would say either 1/9/12 or the 1998 LSU team that was an after thought to Tulane Football for a year.

1994 (or 93?) when UF beat LSU 58-3 in Tiger Stadium.

I caught part of the replay of Kentucky's last win against Alabama (40-34 OT in 1997) on UK's SECC Takeover. If I were an Alabama fan, I think the whole Dubose era would be my low point. Much like the Archer/Hallman/Dinardo dark ages for LSU.
