If law was in place before judges decision that gave his ruling I would say ok. The timing on this is everything.

No but he is still ineligible in the eyes of the NCAA
You said the NCAA/SEC makes the eligibility decisions. NCAA said no, Trinidad is still playing.
If you can't put all of those comparisons together even though they are not the exact same way to get there then I can't help you

I don't know, I would hope the people running this conference would look past headlines and not be as reactionary as the people who generally post here, but maybe not.

I thought the judge issued a show cause to the SEC specifically for why they attempted to ignore a TRO that was issued to the NCAA. I would assume that the TRO was not just the main office but all members as well.
Tell a judge to F off and he/she may put you in a timeout not to exceed 90 days.

So before kids were made legal to play there was. Rule in place that said no expro can play in SEC even if they are found to be legal in a court of law. If so my bad!

Rules no longer matter apparently. The courts have decided time and time again that if a kid wants to play, the schools must allow them.
Everyone thought the NCAA sucked, but courts deciding eligibility is much worse.
