Says SEC can not punish any coach or school that is said to be legal to play college ball. If kid found ok to play on TRO SEC can’t do shite.

They can damn sure rig the schedule and the officials against us. This isn't worth the backlash.

So if the kid actually stinks as a ball player and the coach doesn't play him, then he can sue the coach and athletic department for "playing time", correct? I mean, that looks to be the next spoke in the wheel. A coach is hindering said athlete from future gains by not playing him. That's the reason he can't make an NFL roster. Lack of playing time.

Exactly. And the CFP doesn’t have to justify anything

Also you might want to ask Ole Miss about using State Judges to do their dirty work.

Only thing that needed to be done was the 2022 class get their 5 years. frick the NCAA. I hope the future legislation fricks them harder than they did the previous student athletes they left in their wake.

Didn't a federal judge already rule that the TROs aren't enforceable?

You're living in the present without worrying about the repurcussions. If we sign a backup TE and DL because of this ruling it will come back to bite us big time.

Why's that? That's what this whole fight is about. Rules vs. Law apparently. How can a conference not be able to enforce its RULES yet a coach of said conference be able to enforce his own rules? And if a player doesn't like the coach's rules he can just SUE.
