Well.........when the Yankees come to Tampa Bay they do have more fans in the stands than the Rays do.
This will be one of the few years the Rays won't have to worry about that.

Wypipo from SC don't walk into a Lids at the mall.
We buy our Braves hats at the stadium in Atlanta or order them online. Some of us get our Carolina/Braves hats at USC night at the stadium as well.

Not a chance in hell. KY is overwhelmingly Reds. Western KY has more Cards fans than Reds, and there's a solid amoubt of Braves fans here, but its by far mostly Reds gear. I see more Red Sox hats than I ever do Yankees.

Wtf? I have NEVER seen a White Sox jersey in Mississippi. I have seen plenty Braves shirts or even Astros fans. Hell, I seen Ranger fans but not once have I seen White Sox shirt. Are you just trolling?

143 players from the Southeastern Conference have been named to 60-man rosters around the league. Of those 143, 11 of them come from Mississippi State which is tied for fifth among SEC teams with South Carolina. Florida leads the league with 18, Vanderbilt has 15, LSU 14 and Arkansas 13.

Last year, MSU was among the league leaders in MLB players eight players on active rosters most of the season. Here’s who to expect for training ahead of the MLB season.

Jonathan Holder, one of MSU’s greatest closers ever enters his fifth MLB season, all with the Yankees. In pinstripes, he’s transitioned as a reliever but has also started on a couple of occasions. He’s thrown in 139 games with a 7-6 record, a 4.30 earned run average and 151 strikeouts in 155.0 innings pitched. Last year Holder spent some time back in AAA but is expected to be back on the main roster this year.
I don’t see White Sox in there but we did pull for Holder. There is no such thing as people from Mississippi with connections to the damn White Sox. Even if we had a player there.

Thirty years ago most of these would be Braves or Cubs fans. I kinda of miss the days before every game was televised.

Once people see all the kneeling by MLB now, nobody will be watching baseball anymore. I do have to give it to the Yankees. They kneeled before the National Anthem. Problem solved!!!

Keep in mind that this is a "top selling" list for Lids hats..not a most popular team by state list.

The Reds and Cardinals have far more fans in Kentucky than the Yankees. I call BS.
