How do you figure that? Ohio State has far deeper pockets than Oklahoma

Ohio State isn't exactly your normal big 10 team

Knowles gets a 35% pay bump with a win tonight, btw.

Hope OU is prepared to empty the coffers.

Does the price on Knowles come down a few thousand if Ohio State loses?

Jim Knowles will not run BV’s playbook. He has his own system. I want to see that dynamic.

Your defense was ranked 9th in the SEC, we were 10th. I hope you guys improve, not sustain. We need to improve after a down year. We usually have a Top 5 in the SEC unit.

Others of us realize that which has no life cannot die .

I learned many years ago not to count OU out until its certain, I'd love more than anyone for them to be dead but it's going to take another season ans a coaching carousel to make me feel comfortable

3.1 would make him the highest assistant . It’s what good head coach made in 2008!

As a neutral 3rd party, this sure feels like a “You can resign now or you can hire your defensive replacement if you don’t win 9 games next year.” type of move.

For the n^th time they aren’t going to fire Venables after next season. They aren’t bringing in all these guys on a one year deal and saying good luck. IMO they should’ve just wiped the slate clean, ate the buyout and gone after whoever. Last time I checked Knowles doesn’t add depth to the D-line or play safety and $3.2MM buys a lot of beef.

Are we struggling at DL and safety or something?
