re: Nico officially at UCLA

Tbh UCLA has a harder schedule ATM on paper than the Vols had last year. and with far less talent. Iirc he has games vs Penn State and Ohio State for sure, he's gonna get lit up bad
when he got his shots, teams ran at him. He wasn't very high on the depth chart and wouldn't start this year either, even after a complete NFL exit on the Dline

Tybee island is a dump i much prefer Alabama beaches over Georgia.

North Georgia is southeast Tennessee on the south side of a border, and is awesome .

Atlanta is not bad, but the traffic makes it a nightmare

West Tennessee is awful. Why do people in east TN say they are from east Tennessee
..
To.not be confused with the Flatlanders out west

she's does no cardio. She's very tall for her age (5'1 and like 87#)

she does a lot of trampoline playing which oddly seems to make her breath heavy, so I guess that's a form.of.low.inpact cardio

Most of her dryland involves just leg lifts (laying on her back and just lifting her legs, and scissors) dying cockroaches, push ups, some resistance bands she has set up in the basement.. .I have forbid weights over 2# and only dips mostly. a lot of ankle flexibility stuff while she watches TV. Stuff like that

She is aware. She loves practices,.and sometimes just playing with her friends

We make her do a sport, the choice of which was always hers.

Having ADHD she was generally bad at most other sports involving teams, so she got into this

9 year olds don't have the muscle development yet to really do the two a days. she does 5 a week, and then some dryland and

How long ago were conference? Did this happen to other sec swimmers also, or just her ? My daughter is a competitive swimmer (she's only 9) and follows this stuff close. generally if it was more than a few days, unless she did some silly bars work outs, I can't think that has any bearing. Maybe she was just not feeling good ?

Imagine being from east Tennessee and having to hear this all year, and not be a Vols fan.
As a tOSU alum I can tell you I have been to a lot of different sporting events in Columbus, but never once watched the baseball team, and I played baseball thru high school...lol

My daughter is 9.and a competitive swimmer, so we end up at the pool a lot as well as the one at UTennessee where we live. Their woman's swim team is pretty good tho
Only eight went. Two juniors stayed
Having drove all over this country, the worst state to drive in was Massachusetts. I waa willing to go to jail just to lay hands on multiple idiots
Ironic how a Kentucky person is calling Tennessee 'southern ohio'
Atlanta in general does suck and the traffic is half the reason it does suck. There are parts worth driving to even with the traffic but I loathe the traffic so much I avoid it (I live near Chattanooga)

re: Make SEC Southern again

Nor is Atlanta or Nashville .... .id venture a guess,.more than half of both is full of Yankee transplants

Nashville is cool for a day or two, but the people are absolutely not southern

re: UNC rumors

I'm aware of that. But 13 of the top 38 are big ten. I included john Hopkins cuz they are tied to the big ten via lacrosse,.and are part of the AAU network of the conference

re: UNC rumors

Because AAU schools get far more research grants from the government, which makes sports revenue pale in comparison

Having 18 AAU schools helps them get more of those grants and share the load between them

Kevin Warren isn't the one that makes that decision, university presidents do
