If you are a coach, how much do you add to your asking price because you are like the 24th person they've asked?

Brohm did great at Western and seems to have done a good job at Purdue in the little time he's been there, but Tennesee isn't in Conference USA. Tougher gig with more pressure. He may be fine though, his offenses at WKU were fun to watch.

I recall a pretty good buyout on Brohm.

Drops from $5.75M to $4.75M 12/5/17.

Brohm has no PSU issues so I'm guessing he'll be aight.

Not a bad hire

It's a pretty good fit all around. Brohm's a Kentucky boy from right next door, so he understands the area and the culture and will be able to recruit well. Played for and coached under Howard Schnellenberger and Bobby Petrino, NFL experience, good head coaching performance thus far, young, exciting offense. Knoxville may have gotten the best guy for the job in the long run here.

Oh, and since this would leave the Purdue job open, oh look... there's a Purdue grad with SEC experience that just happens to be available.... two birds with one stone.

Congrats UT. As much shite as he deserves for the whole Schiano fiasco, I'm not sure 3-4 years down the road this won't be the best hire any SEC team made this year. Guy can coach and he knows the area.

Do you think Brohm will alternate being head coach with Stefan LeFors brother for old times sake?

Brohm was first choice

AD knew he wouldn't be accepted because fanbase wanted Gruden

AD created dumpster fire

AD can now introduce Brohm with full backing of fanbase

Would be a gift from God. Dude will not be a successful coach, no matter how much you all fawn over him.

In 3 years he's made minimal strides. Kiffin did more with less at FAU in one.

Negative, because MOU's are super binding, and Brohm would then owe us 400 million dollars. As I've learned over the past week.
