The last td pass of the 2021 college football season was from the Heisman trophy winner to a Georgia player.

And the Georgia player was a true freshman, starting because of injuries to the projected starters in fall camp. Which is also why walk-on Dan Jackson often started in the backfield for Georgia.

We also lost our #1 QB to injury having to start a walk-on. We lost our top TE the year before for most of the season due to injury. We lost our #1 WR for virtually the entire season due to injury (Pickens) and our #2 WR (Blaylock) for the entire year due to injury. Our #3 WR (Jackson) was limited due to injury for much of the season. And we lost our best pass rusher after the Kentucky game. We also lost one of our best OL to a season ending injury early in the year.

If Alabama had the same # of injuries to the same positions Georgia had to deal with, they never would have made it to the SECCG, let alone the National Championship.

Yet they (well, some of them) whine about injuries.

Pow is just a shite tier poster who tries his best to troll, but he lost his only joke (1980).

This is him scrambling to try to troll UGA, but it doesn't work anymore since the last "creative" joke he had died on that cold Indy night.

Bad Roster management and player development on Saban’s part.

There is nothing sweeter on tRant than a PowHound melt. I like most of the Bama fans on here, but I revel in this guy's misery. Suck that pipe, POW.

Leave them alone to enjoy their NC.

Injuries happen.

Be gracious, My goodness most likely Alabama wins the title next year (and maybe even the next)

Congrats to Georgia on their win.

Hmm what about the Bama team that lost to a bad auburn and snuck into the cfp without even winning its own division

Didn't UGA lose to that same AU team?

Got a mulligan, and needed 4th quarter come back to beat a Bama team decimated with injuries playing 3rd and 4th stringers all over the place. Your starting QB, was a joke, and you struggled with the worst Clemson team in years. Doors blown completely off by the worst Bama team of the Saban era. Flex denied - worst champ in recent memory

3 out of UGA’s 4 TDs in the NC game were scored by freshman due to our decimated receiving and DB corps. Yet some Gumps still whine about injuries. Injuries happen to every program, every year. Some injured teams have talent enough to go on to win championships, and some lose and whine. Guess which category you fit in.

Alabama had the lead in the 4th quarter. I am not sure you understand what you are saying.

However, Congrats to UGA on their NC

Georgia barely beat the worst Alabama team since 2014 and it took Slurby Fart two times to do it.

It's an ok win.

This Alabama team was the weakest team of Coach Saban. Alabama lost quite a bit of talent, and struggled all year. Alabama should have lost to AU, probably Arkansas and LSU and did lose to Texas AM. They got it together for the SECCG, but like you said injuries happen, and the lack of depth showed up again.

Congrats to UGA on their NC.

you are being overly aggressive with the use of the word everybody. Everybody cannot even agree on whether the earth is flat or a spere. I believe the Bulldogs would win a best of five-seven times out of ten.

Bama is the top of the Foodchain but the 21 Bama team is the weakest Bama team in several years. Having said that, they will be right back in the battle next season but this was not their year.

First let me say congratulations for the 20th time.

Y'all so know that we are going to be listening to GA fans brag about this for however long it takes them to win another NC. Who knows how long that will be, but my money says it won't be in next year and probably not in the next 4 years.

Enjoy it while you can Dogs!
