Beat the #1, 2, 3, 8, 11 and 18th ranked teams in the nation and notched wins against the Heisman winner, Heisman runner-up and the best coach in the history of college football.
Not saying we were 2019 LSU, but we did alright.
Sorry for the brag, but it still feels good and somewhat hard to believe.

Damn, I did not realize we beat that many teams that had that rank when we played them... That is a pretty impressive resume.
Wish we had not lost the SECCG, but Bammer was the better team that day, gotta give them credit.

Everyone on this board would pick Bama In a rematch next week neutral field both teams healthy. Bama by 21
Uga Got blown off the field by a semi healthy Bama in SECCG. Got a mulligan, and needed 4th quarter come back to beat a Bama team decimated with injuries playing 3rd and 4th stringers all over the place. Your starting QB, was a joke, and you struggled with the worst Clemson team in years. Doors blown completely off by the worst Bama team of the Saban era.

You should have had backups prepared for the big stage when needed.
We did, we had 3 freshman score TDs in the Championship game, ours were ready, yours were not.

btw, Georgia had 4 starters out for the SECCG yet you don't hear them "playing the bama card."

It was a rematch for both. The second game is the rematch. After that it becomes the best two out of three.
Which is what PowHound (I think I got that name right) is really asking for - the best two out of three. Then he'd want a best of five, best of seven, best of nine, etc., etc.

The entire receiving core (consisting of two 1st rounders that torched the frick outta your secondary a month earlier) and both starting cornerbacks is not "injuries" that's a disaster for Bama and divine intervention for uga. It really was your year to win it I guess. But don't get twisted up thinking anyone is impressed with uga relative to recent champs.
No all time great team gets annihilated in their conference championship game.
Bama will be no 1 opening day, and will beat uga twice this coming season probably of a combined margin of 40+ points
