You wouldn't like it either if someone left and raided your talent.

so fricking what? Let's pretend he had goodwill overflowing out of his arse, what does that amount to?

What? You didn't know that goodwill at bama gets you a free cup of coffee at the Tuscaloosa McDonalds.

If your coaching staff isn't being raided. Your team probably sucks.

Watch the other schools come after the assistants of every team in the playoff.

After the negative recruiting this man has done throughout the state of Louisiana, this return karma couldn’t happen to a nicer person.

That’s always how it works when you are the head coach leaving to be a head coach somewhere else. His former employers programs never retain the old coaches staff anyway, what an odd argument.

Little Nicky whining

Water is wet.

Poor little nicky doesn't like being used, he should be the only one that uses people.

Some coach will knock his midget arse out one day.

So why shouldn't Saban gripe about him taking his staff with him when Saban gave him all the opportunity to get where he was?

Was there not anything Saban could have done to try and keep guys around? Like maybe offer raises, not be such an a-hole, anything?

Just make it more attractive to stay than leave.

Kirby not only swiped the recruiting board he tried taking recruits who had already committed to Bama.

Now none of this is illegal but it shows a character flaw.

hell, Pruitt could swap all his coaches for all of Saban's coaches and still lose most of the UT vs UA games.

Most? Those boobs wouldn’t beat us with Reggie White.

Given his ties to Michigan State, the move wasn't easy for Saban. Pat Ruel, who was Michigan State's offensive line coach at the time, said Saban sent a chartered plane for members of his coaching staff, whom he expected to follow him south. But after a series of difficult late-night discussions, they decided to stay. "It was an embarrassing thing for Nick," Ruel said.

No one wants to work with Satan.
Not exactly true.

Everyone wants to work with Saban for a year or two. No one (other than maybe Bobby Williams) wants to stick with him for the long haul.

The only reason Kirby stuck around is because he knew UGa would tire of Rev Richt eventually and he would waltz into that gig. Easier to do that from the DC position at Bama than from another HC job.

Good for this Rotten Apple ...

Ever since he took Miami Dolphin Dumpster Boy’s Big Money, you kinda knew WHAT HE WAS ALL ABOUT ...

No loyalty EXCEPT TO THE ALMIGHTY $

frick Saban and his legacy of Baby Bear Bought $$$ and Paid for Championships

Find out EXACTLY how much Tua’s dad made this year ... If you can ... Selling high $ rides in a set cushy high commission job

Let that Dirty Rat wallow in mediocrity for the rest of his rotten career

He’s losing it. I’ve been really hesitant to suggest, as others have, that Alabama might be dropping a notch instead of reloading, but this is evidence from the horse’s mouth.

Nick Saban is a freakin hypocrite. Please tell me where he got his current strength and conditioning coach? That’s right, he brought him from his LSU staff in the early 2000’s.

It might not matter to you, actually you proved it doesn't matter to you, but character does matter.

so kirby obviously has zero character. He's also the only person handpicked to follow saban at LSU, the dolphins, and bama. In fact he worked wiht saban for 10 out of 11 straight years, so obviously saban thought the world of him. What does that say about saban's judge of character then?

quote:

As far as Muschamp goes, he sure did take a long trip around college world to get to the mighty USCe.

Let me ask you a question, when did USCe become one of BEST coaching jobs in america as you put it?

I'm talkign about florida you frickin ninny. Good hell if you can't follow along why are you even worth talking to?

We loved Kirby and were happy that he got to go coach at his alma mater, but when he did what he did, the "tide" turned on him. It's about his legacy, something he might care about, you, not so much!

why should kirby or anyone care about what is legacy in tuscaloosa is after he's left? He's not going ot work or live there anymore. I mean, do you think pruitt sleeps well at night knowing he preserved his legacy in the minds of bama fans?

Would Kirby be head coach at GA without his time at Alabama with Saban? Probably not.

Dude he's a coach not a king. That's part of it. Coaches go to work for Saban because they want to learn the system not because it's a good work environment. The guy is a notorious micromanaging a-hole and you have no life. His coaches are under his thumb 24/7

It warms my heart to know that Saban has caused this much pain and suffering for all of you.
